Jerome Adams

Jerome has joined our team as a Corporate Banking Specialist working with new accounts. Jerome has been in the banking industry since 2006 with experience as a teller and a loan processor for various commercial banks in the Colorado Springs area. He has excellent customer service skills and is an effective communicator. Jerome plans on learning as much as possible in his current role and growing with Metro Phoenix Bank. Jerome is a graduate of Widefield High School of Colorado Springs, CO. He and his wife are newlyweds, and reside in the West Valley where they are active in their community and with their families. Jerome is also a proud sponsor of "Breakaway"- a drug and alcohol deliverance program.

Kelli Bader

Kelli has been with Metro Phoenix since inception and is an AVP, Loan Operations Manager. She has maintained a professional relationship with Steve Haggard since 1999. She has experience working with De Novo banks and helped create a successful loan department for another local commercial bank; focusing on procedures, reports, building programs and hiring a strong staff. Kelli has a total of over eight years in the commercial loan industry and has had a successful career working for various institutions; having had the opportunity to work with vendors, management and great employees. She is a native to Arizona and graduated from Mountain View High School and is currently attending Mesa Community College. Kelli is an excellent cook and wine connoisseur; she spends her free time searching for new and interesting recipes to share with her friends, husband, and two children.

Anthony Bodnar

Anthony is our SBA Loan Operations Specialist. He has been successful working in the banking industry since 1997 with other commercial lending organizations. Anthony has specialized in loan processing, underwriting, closing, marketing as well as handling all managerial duties for new offices. Anthony has experience in vendor selection, training new employees and accounts payable. Anthony is a graduate of University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration; he has also received his Associate Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Donald Bougé II

Don is the newest member of Metro Phoenix Bank’s HOA team. He has been in the financial industry since 2002, having gained experience in lockbox processing, HOA account management, ACH processing and operations with another local commercial bank. Don has excellent customer service skills, and enjoys taking on new and complex challenges. Don is thrilled to have joined the Metro Phoenix Bank family! He is the head freshman basketball coach for a popular east valley high school; he also runs a local basketball club for youth. He is a devoted family man, and spends the majority of his free time with his wife and children.

Greg Bullock

Greg is our VP, I.T. Manager. A native to Arizona, Greg began his career in Information Technology as a System Administrator with a local computer services company. He provided technical support from the ground up along with performing on site diagnosis and repair of network systems and software. Over the last ten years Greg's accomplishments and responsibilities have continued to grow; he has planned, purchased, configured, repaired and supported workstations, servers, networks and WAN Equipment for several companies including a commercial bank. Greg has assisted with reports, audits, and certifications and improving accuracy within technology and employee efficiency. Greg has supervised several employees and has maintained a good working relationship with them. He has also acted as a liaison to facilitate communication between IT and other divisions as well as external clients. He is accustomed to and works well in dynamic and stressful situations. Greg received his B.S. in Economics at ASU and lives in the East Valley with his wife, their two children and a growing number of animals.

Linda Sullivan Burgett

Linda joined Metro Phoenix Bank as a Business Development Representative in our Treasury Management Division. She has a solid background in sales and account management with a proven record of success. She is a self starter and top performer. Linda joins our team after a long relationship with a local company as a Senior Commercial Sales Consultant. Linda recognizes the need to establish a strong working rapport with business owners and management and is committed to creative problem solving while providing excellent customer service. She strives to create meaningful and productive relationships with her customers and colleagues. Linda is from Binghamton, New York where she received an Honors A.A.S. from State University of New York at Cobleskill. She enjoys time with her family, traveling and being outdoors. She stays busy raising her teenage son and daughter in the west valley.

Ashley Conne

Ashley is our Operations Manager. She joined Metro Phoenix Bank from another local commercial bank. She started her career in banking as a Customer Service Representative in 2001 in Coralville Iowa and has continued to expand her career and knowledge as a Teller, Account Relationship Manager, Implementation Manager, and a Treasury Management Customer Service Specialist. Ashley is a highly organized team member and will be one of our first points of contact for future customers since she will be opening accounts. Her organizational skills and great people skills will be sure to leave our customers with a positive banking experience. She continues her studies in Interior Design at Mesa Community College and frequently travels with her husband to new and exciting destinations. Ashley is also a season ticket holder with the Phoenix Suns.

Cathy Darlington

Cathy has recently accepted a promotion within the Bank as Manager of Specialty Accounts. This new opportunity will allow her to focus on managing the HOA Department, as well as the Payment Processing Department and Risk Management platform of the Bank; ensuring that both are developed and managed to their full potential. Cathy has been in banking since 1999, and has spent the majority of that time working with management to create new departments focusing most recently on asset management. She thrives under new challenges and believes in the vision of Metro Phoenix Bank and insists that hard work and commitment is the key to successful relationships with our customers. Cathy enjoys living in the valley of the sun and spends the majority of her free time with her family enjoying the outdoors. She is the ultimate “football mom” and shares local team sports with her sons and husband.

Britany Espinosa

Britany is one of our Corporate Banking Specialists. Britany has been in the banking industry since 2005. She has worked for various valley banks and credit unions as a teller manager, teller, and electronic services specialist. Britany takes great pride in customer service, and is looking forward to continuing to grow with Metro Phoenix Bank. Britany graduated from Hamilton High School and continues to support her home team--Go Huskies! Britany also participates in the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program, which offers free tax return preparation for low-moderate income people who are otherwise unable to prepare their own tax returns. Besides banking, Britany loves to travel to new places. She has been on six cruises, with many more to come. Britany also enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend and their dog Bruce.

Carrie Ledesma

Carrie is the Executive Assistant to our President and CEO Steve Haggard. She has been in banking since 2001, obtaining experience and applying her excellent customer service skills as a Teller, Ops Specialist, HOA Relationship Manager and as an Executive Assistant with another local commercial bank. Carrie has extensive experience with business clients and effectively managed over $90MM in HOA business accounts with professionalism and consistency. She has received training for private databases along with MS Office and other various administration tools. She has strong organizational skills and experience working with Federal Regulators and auditors, collecting and maintaining SAS70's, managing employee files, and assisting in annual reviews and strategic planning. Carrie is a former member of the USAF; she is an artist at heart and enjoys painting, reading, her family and her dogs.

Meredith Lightcap

Meredith joined the Bank to further expand the HOA Division by developing new relationships with Property Management Companies, Associations and nurturing and serving existing relationships. Meredith has been in property management since 1996 and specifically HOA Management since 1998. She has spent the majority of that time directly managing portfolios of Associations and non-profit organizations. Meredith prides herself on understanding the needs of a management company and HOAs. Her experience in portfolio management ensures her customers receive the highest level of service and understanding possible. Meredith holds the following certifications: “Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)” and “Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM)” designations Meredith believes in the vision of Metro Phoenix Bank and insists that hard work and commitment is the key to successful relationships with our customers. She thrives under new challenges and will work diligently to guarantee the association management communities receive the best banking products and customer service in the market. Meredith recently relocated back to Arizona after living in South Bend, IN and Madison, AL. She lives in Peoria with her two sons. Her passions include musical theatre, art, and reading.

Michael Morse

Michael joined Metro Phoenix Bank as a V.P. Commercial Loan Officer. He comes to us with over 30 years of experience in multiple divisions of banking. He began his banking career working with Commercial Loans and Investments at a community bank in Montana and relocated to Arizona with his family in 1985. Mike has helped several "De Novo" community banks build their loan portfolios in a safe and sound manner. He has previously worked with Steve Haggard and several other Metro Phoenix Bank employees at two other previous local commercial banks. Mike graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Journalism. He is also a proud retiree from the United States Marine Corps. Mike spends his leisure time collecting, restoring and driving classic cars with his high school sweetheart and wife of over 40 years, and takes pride in his two wonderful daughters.

Ryan Muller

Ryan joined Metro Phoenix Bank as an AVP, Senior Credit Analyst. Ryan has been in the financial industry since 1996, and has worked as a credit analyst,for several local companies and commercial banks. He has spent the last five years as a Sr. Analyst in the SBA department, where he was responsible for managing a team of underwriters. Ryan is committed to making Metro Phoenix Bank a premier SBA lender in Arizona. Ryan is a California native who now calls Arizona his home after graduating from U of A. He enjoys golf, tennis and running, spending the majority of his free time with his family.

Mary Myron

Mary joined Metro Phoenix Bank as a Loan Operations Specialist. She began her career in banking as a Loan Processor for Mortgage Company in 1990 located in Tempe, Arizona. Mary quickly learned the necessary skills as a Closer, Shipper and Insurer and moved on to work for several other financial companies as a Senior Loan Processor and Mortgage Underwriter. She performed comprehensive analysis of all credit documents including appraisals, credit reports, and income and asset documents to meet specific requirements. She trained new personnel, processed and underwrote loans for a high volume of loan offers and maintained builder accounts including Maracay Homes, Elliot Homes, Fulton Homes and Diamond Key Homes. Mary's most recent position found her supporting four branches while maintaining a 24 - 48 hour turn around time. Mary prides herself on her organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new skills and concepts. Mary is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor's of Science. She is a fitness enthusiast; spending her free time raising her two teenage sons, playing with her favorite pooch and hiking with her parents.

Christine Ong

Christine joined Metro Phoenix Bank as our Corporate Receptionist / Administration Support. Christine offers diversity and knowledge with her experience in sales, journalism and marketing. She has impressive organizational skills, and focuses on customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills and management support. Christine Ong is a recent graduate of Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Political Science. Along with her family, Christine is a native to Arizona and loves the people, the weather, and—of course—the great shopping!

Megan Perez

Megan joined Metro Phoenix Bank as an AVP, Senior Credit Analyst. Although a native of Arizona, Megan began her banking career in Colorado after graduating Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Megan started as a Credit Analyst Trainee in Denver, and upon completion of her certification, relocated to the resort community of Steamboat Springs to begin her formal analysis and underwriting. After three years of working with the 5th largest bank in Colorado, Megan moved back to Arizona to pursue analysis opportunities at several valley community banks and to be closer to her family and friends. Megan's background includes commercial and residential loans, construction loans, operating lines of credit, asset based lending, and most recently, troubled asset analysis and restructures. In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends. She is also a volunteer for Arizona Saves, which is a non-profit organization focused on educating the youth in financial understanding and responsibility.

Belinda Rosthenhausler

Belinda joins Metro Phoenix Bank as our VP of SBA and Commercial Real Estate with more than 13 years of pronounced success in the Arizona. She brings to the table extensive expertise in Small Business Administration (SBA) and commercial real estate financing. Beyond Belinda’s skilled area of commercial real estate transactions, she maintains a strong network connection with local business owners, investors and top commercial real estate industry leaders. Belinda says of her new home at Metro Phoenix Bank, “I am looking forward to working with the entire team, focusing on creating banking solutions for business owners throughout our community”. Outside of the office, you can find Belinda involved in commercial real estate industry marketing organizations as member or sponsor including AZCREW, CCIM, SIOR, Hispanic and Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Arthritis Foundation (Oscar Night America) and Habitat for Humanity.

Rickard "Rico" Strom

Rico joined our team as a VP, Commercial Loan Officer. He started his career in the financial industry in 2000, with New England Financial in Boise Idaho as a Financial Representative; focusing on helping clients maximize their net worth using insurance and security products. He gained experience as a Commercial Credit Analyst and moved on to becoming a Commercial Loan Officer with another local commercial bank. Rico was successful in producing and managing a $35MM commercial loan portfolio including revolving lines of credit, term loans, and commercial real estate and construction loans. He is focused on excellent customer service and meeting the needs the new clients of Metro Phoenix Bank. A native of Sweden, Rico obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Boise State University. He is multilingual and enjoys Arizona with his college sweetheart Judy and their two sons.

Eve Tz inias

Eve is an AVP, Credit Analyst with Metro Phoenix Bank, focusing on loan administration. She is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in English, Computer Science and Communication. She also is planning to attend Thunderbird University to pursue an MBA beginning January 2008. She has spent the majority of her career working in Tucson Arizona and has many years of financial experience within the commercial and retail banking industry. She also held a position as Technical Writer with Honeywell Aerospace that allowed her to author, edit, process and publish a variety of documents including internal and external publications for the U.S. Army, FAA, and other domestic and international aircraft customers. Eve thrives in all environments; she is highly motivated and works well as an individual and as a team member. Eve enjoys being challenged as she develops skills in her profession and has a terrific personality and makes a great addition to our team.
