Positive Pay is a simple and effective tool in deterring check account fraud. With each check run, you provide Metro Phoenix Bank with an issued check file via an Internet upload. Checks presented for payment on your account are matched against your issue file. Any items presented that do not appear in the issue file are exception items and would require your approval to pay or return. Positive Pay is especially effective on accounts with high levels of activity, such as payroll accounts.
